TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is understood by all parties;

Website building is a service and building website fee is non refundable.

Market My Business Terms and Conditions makes no guarantees, stipulations or warrantees of business increases or decreases and shall not be held liable for any business fluctuations of any sort.

You don't have to worry about a domain name, or a host, or anything, other than content ( Text and photos via email ) to provide.

The website, and domain are owned and controlled by, Market My Business.

Market My Business retains the right to edit any and all content at any time without the permission of the renter.

Renter has the sole responsibility for any and all content for text, information, and pictures provided by renter as to not be owned, copyrighted, trademarked, or any other similar means by others.

All Information shall be owned by the renter, and renter hereby allows Market My Business or its assignees to use any and all information for a period of not less than 10 years after any termination of agreement or services for any means they so choose.

There are no pro rations, or anything of the sort. All monies are earned up front for the design, and/or hosting, and/or domain name of the website. Here again for clarification, the website, domain name, shall be construed as a rental only.

Website building is a non refundable service.

Moving a website is a non refundable service.

Changes you request to website pages are per page and are non refundable.

Each Change is per page, per website.

Page sizes shall be considered approximately 900 x 900.

These websites are simple websites with text and photos only. Anything else, shall be considered "special features" and shall be charged accordingly.
